New, unopened and unused products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. **Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping payment. If the return is due to an error on our end (ex. you received the incorrect product or a defective product) you will receive a full refund including shipping cost.
We will exchange your item(s) if they are: incorrect, defective or damaged upon arrival with no additional costs to you.
Please allow 4 weeks after dropping off your item(s) to the return shipper; however, you may receive your refund in your account much more quickly most of the time. **Note: This period of time allows for transit time from the shipper to us (5 to 10 business days), processing the return in house (3 to 5 business days), and the time it will take for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
